Hey everyone, After some recent reports, Huawei has officially revealed the new Mate 30 lite as nova 5i Pro in China. Designed with a mix of inspirations from Huawei Mate 20 Pro's rear and the front panel of the Nova 5i, the Lite variant of the upcoming Mate30 series remains one of the most anticipated mid-range smartphones.
Huawei has unveiled the nova 5i Pro in China - the smartphone that will likely come to international markets as Mate 30 Lite. The smartphone will also be launched as Huawei mate 30 lite in Pakistan. The first most notable thing about the new handset is its rear quad camera setup, which reminds us about the Huawei mate 20 Pro from the last year.

The four cameras consist of a Sony IMX586 48 MP main sensor with f / 1.7 aperture, plus an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, a 2 MP sensor with ef / 1.7 macro lens, and another 2 MP sensor for depth of field.
Another thing that stands out on the front is the punch-hole display to house the 32 MP selfie shooter. The display of the mate 30 lite offers a screen size of 6.26 inches with IPS technology and a Full HD+ resolution (2340x1080) in 19.5: 9 aspect ratio.
Concerning hardware, Huawei Mate 30 Lite comes to the market offering a variety of variants based on RAM and storage. Having 6/8GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal storage, which can additionally be expanded via a microSD card. The chipset that delivers life to the handset is the most advanced HiSilicon Kirin 810, one of the most powerful mid-range processor currently available in the market.
This handset also supports Bluetooth 5 LE (Low Energy), 4G Dual-VoLTE and features a 4000 mAh battery with 20W capable fast charging. The operating system is Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.1.1 on top.

Presently available at Vmall, Huawei's official store in China, The Mate 30 Lite AKA the Huawei Nova 5i Pro comes in in three color variants: black, green and Aurora (with gradient shades of blue to purple). There will be three variants with three different prices where the most basic 6GB/128GB variant is listed for 2,199 Yuan, or about 51,500/- PKR without taxes.
The lite variant of Mate30 series is expected to arrive soon in Pakistan, most probably before the Huawei Mate 30 pro but no exact dates are defined, as of yet. We will keep an eye on the situation for now and will inform you as soon as we get anything related.
