PUBG Mobile comes with the new Erangel 2.0 map and The Walking Dead collaborative theme.

Vincent Wang (general marketing manager) at Tencent Games, talked about the success of the mobile game, which was released a year ago and has been 15 million daily users. The brand new Erangel map for PUBG Mobile occurred, and Erangel 2.0 appears differently from the old map. Graphics, skins, and overall quality improved, this new map will be available to players in a very short-term.

Now PUBG Mobile recently shared the video suggesting that we could see Erangel 2.0 knocking the game soon. From the video, we can see that the update is mostly going to bring visual changes to the map. We can expect an overall improvement in textures and detail of the environment.
The video gives a quick comparison of the old and new versions of the map, and clearly, the new version looks much more realistic, almost as good as the PC or console version of the game. The video shows 'Yasnaya Polyana, Mylta Power, and Prison' and you can additionally see how the open world is going to look alike. Buildings offer more detailing, and there is a lot more happening at all the locations, along with improvements in shadows, and colors.
There will also be a collaboration with the popular series The Walking Dead. The exact content of the collaboration is unknown, but it will also be available to players later this year. It's probably predicted that this content will be related to zombies again.
In addition, Tencent Games announced its collaboration with The Walking Dead and we might see a story-based Zombie mode coming to PUBG Mobile under this collaboration. The Walking Dead is one of the popular American web series on which there’s a mobile game already.
